THE ST. LUKE FOUNDATION IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION AND SOLE OWNER OF ST. LUKE HOME HEALTH SERVICES LLC, WHICH PROVIDES HOME HEALTH CARE TO THE SOUTHWEST MISSISSIPPI COMMUNITY. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES CHARITY CARE TO PATIENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO PAY.
