Making youth heart screening part of preventative health care, screening approximately 800 youth between the ages of 12-24 each year.Empowering bystanders to preform CPR and use an AED by offering CPR/AED training classes.Training youth sports communities to recognize and respond to the #1 killer of student athletes, by placing AED's and implementing cardiac emergency response plans in schools and youth sports organizations to prevent the leading cause of death in schools and on the athletic field.Advocating for life-saving legislation and policies on the state level. The organization partners on research studies to affect policy change.
