Misión
Bi-monthly Food Distributions continued in the 2024 tax year. Additionally, there were 5 'pop-up' distributions that were hosted at other church locations in the neighboring communities. For the 2024 tax year "The Storehouse of Northeast Florida" provided food at these 29 events to an average of 280 families with an average of 893 individuals. Thru the support of First Baptist Church Callahan, Feeding Northeast Florida and other community gifts there was over an estimated 244,311 pounds (122 tons) of food provided to the community. Families received a prepacked large bag of mixed staples in addition they received fresh and refrigerated goods. With 8,133 families being served and food that was purchased and donated with a value of over $385,252.00 that means that an average family received over 30 pounds and $47.36 of value in food at each distribution.
