To educate the general public with respect to the right to fair and lawful wages, benefits and terms of conditions of employment for all workers, and engaging in litigation to advocate for and defend the lawful rights of all workers to be paid the lawful wages and benefits to which they are entitled by federal and state laws, including litigation as described in California labor code 218.7
