THE PURPOSE OF A SECOND CHANCE, INC. SHALL BE TO PROMOTE PERMANENCY FOR ALL CHILDREN THROUGH SOCIAL SERVICES AND TO PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO BIRTH FAMILIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF FAMILY PRESERVATION AND REUNIFICATION.
