ALLIED ICF/MR RESIDENCES PROVIDE INTERMEDIATE CARE FOR THE MENTALLY CHALLENGED. THE SCRANTON VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER INSTRUCTS PATIENTS IN WORK SKILLS.
