CFCHS' BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS COMPRISED OF 25% PROVIDERS AND 75% COMMUNITY MEMBERS.CFCHS CONTRACTED WITH A NETWORK OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDER AGENCIES TO PROVIDE AN ARRAY OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO CLIENTS WITH NO INSURANCE OR INADEQUATE INSURANCE COVERAGE. CFCHS' PROVIDERS HAVE A LONG HISTORY OF PROVIDING SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITIES THAT CFCHS SERVES. CFCHS CONTRACTS WITH THE DESIGNATED COMMUNITY MENTAL CENTERS FOR THE COUNTIES IN ITS COVERAGE AREA. A SIGNIFICANT PERCENT OF THE CLIENTS THAT CFCHS'S CONTRACTED PROVIDERS SERVE ARE HOMELESS OR INDIGENT.
