FAMILY AND CHILDREN'S ASSOCIATION WORKS TO PROTECT AND STRENGTHEN THE CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES OF LONG ISLAND. WE DO SO THROUGH A CAREFULLY INTEGRATED NETWORK OF HIGH-IMPACT PROGRAMS & SERVICES THAT ADDRESS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE NEEDS ACROSS THE LIFESPAN. EACH OF OUR PROGRAMS ARE PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED WITH A LASER-LIKE FOCUS ON OUTCOMES AND A HIGH EMPHASIS ON PARTNERSHIPS THAT ENGAGE ALL VOICES AND ADVANCE EQUITY IN OUR REGION. BACKED BY 140-PLUS YEARS OF SERVICE, FCA REMAINS ONE OF LONG ISLAND'S MOST INNOVATIVE, EFFECTIVE AND ASPIRATIONAL NONPROFITS.
