LIFE PITTSBURGH OFFERS AN ALTERNATIVE TO NURSING HOME PLACEMENT FOR FRAIL, INDIGENT RESIDENTS OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY. WE MANAGE THE ACUTE AND CHRONIC MEDICAL NEEDS OF OUR ENROLLEES, AS WELL AS, PROVIDE A SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT TO COMBAT THE LONELINESS AND ISOLATION OF LIVING ALONE. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED IN THE COMMUNITY, OUR ENROLLEES' HOMES, AND OUR ADULT DAY HEALTH CENTERS AS OPPOSED TO AN INSTITUTION.
