THE PURPOSE OF MERIDIAN INSTITUTE IS TO PROVIDE NEUTRAL, MEETING FACILITATION AND EDUCATION SERVICE OF HELPING PEOPLE TO SOLVE COMPLEX AND CONTROVERSIAL ENVIRONMENTAL, ECONOMIC, AND SOCIAL EQUITY ISSUES INHERENT IN ACHIEVING THE SOCIETAL GOAL OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.
