HARLEM HEIGHTS IS A SEVERELY DISTRESSED COMMUNITY, "CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O"WITH KIDS LIVING IN POVERTY AT TWICE THE RATE OF THE REST OF LEE COUNTY. THE SOLUTION TO POVERTY IS EDUCATION AND OPPORTUNITY.
