Each year, thousands of individuals facing hardships are welcomed to the Capital District YMCA and receive assistance regarding a wide range of programs and services, from swimming lessons to childcare. Our reach covers those living in and around Albany, Bethlehem, Clifton Park, Duanesburg, Lake George, Glenville, East Greenbush, Greene County, Guilderland, Schenectady, and Troy.
