Misión

Promote the participation and collaboration of educational institutions, private entities and government entities in order to obtain the most extensive and effective cultural and tourist development of the mid-eastern region of Puerto Rico; to carry out, promote and collaborate with all acts and activities that exalt the values and artistic components of the Puerto Rican culture; and to develop an artistic expression that identifies the Municipality of Caguas and improves the quality of life of its citizens and all of Puerto Rico.
