The mission of the Norwich Community Collaborative is to restore and care for Norwich's historic Grange Hall as a gathering place for activities that foster community spirit and serve the needs of our area. NCC is restoring and revitalizing Norwich's historic Grange Hall as a community center open to all. Activities in the revitalized Grange Hall will be designed to bring together groups who have not previously overlapped.
