THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY ENFORCEMENT OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AT VARIOUS RECREATIONAL SPORTING EVENTS. THIS PROVIDES A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS
