To provide support for Judaic and rabbinical education and studies, throughout New York, New Jersey, the United States and in Israel, and to make contributions to other charitable, educational and religious organizations exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and to lawfully do any and all things necessary, suitable and proper for the accomplishment of these purposes.
