ITS WORK IS ORGANIZED UNDER THREE PRIORITIES: INTEGRATING SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH COMPLEX NEEDS, DELIVERY SYSTEM AND PAYMENT REFORM, AND LEADERSHIP AND CAPACITY BUILDING.
