TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY ACCESS THROUGH COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, YOUTH AGING-OUT OF FOSTER CARE, AND THOSE THROUGHOUT UNION COUNTY, NJ FOR PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND W/AFFORDABLE HOUSING NEEDS, GIVING THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY IN THE COMMUNITY.
