THE EAST BAY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION IS A LEADING RESOURCE FOR MOBILIZING RESOURCES AND COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP TO TRANSFORM THE LIVES OF PEOPLE IN THE EAST BAY WITH PRESSING NEEDS.
