THE SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS (SIOR) OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS IS A PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION WHICH MAINTAINS A DESIGNATED CERTIFYING EXPERTISE IN INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O) EDUCATION AT ITS TWO ANNUAL CONFERENCES AND PROVIDES A CODE OF ETHICS TO WHICH ITS MEMBERS SUBSCRIBE. SIOR HAS OVER 4,000 MEMBERS ALONG WITH A PRESENCE IN 50 COUNTRIES.
