WE ADVOCATE FOR EMPOWERMENT AND SYSTEMIC CHANGE TO HELP OUR CLIENTS REALIZE THEIR BASIC RIGHT TO A DECENT QUALITY OF LIFE. WE STRIVE FOR CLIENT AND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN CARRYING-OUT OUR MISSION.
