See Schedule O.To promote the development and operation of affordable housing for low-income residents throughout New York State through the dissemination of information to the general public and affordable housing industry professionals about the benefits and legal obligations to create housing for varying populations under the Fair Housing Act. In order to achieve its charitable purposes, the Organization will conduct programs/activities in education, research and the solicitation of grants and making of grants to other charitable organizations in furtherance of its purposes.
