Misión

MEDSOURCE COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC. IS A PUBLIC NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. MEDSOURCE PROVIDES SEVERAL RESIDENTIAL CHOICES TO MEET THE RESIDENTIAL NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES AS WELL AS OFFERING FISCAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS USING SELF DIRECTED SERVICES. MEDSOURCE OPERATES WITH THE VISION THAT EACH INDIVIDUAL HAS THE RIGHT TO CHOICE AND TO INDIVIDUALLY DIRECT THEIR LIVES, PERSONAL GOALS AND DETERMINE THEIR OUTCOMES. MEDSOURCE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSISTING EACH INDIVIDUAL WITH THE DESIGN AND SUPPORTS THEY NEED AND ARE FEASIBLY AVAILABLE TO THEM IN THE COMMUNITY WHILE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THE INDIVIDUAL HAS THE ULTIMATE DECISION REGARDING THEIR CHOICE AND DESTINY.
