THE CENTER PROVIDES AMBULATORY HEALTH CARE, WELLNESS, AND RELATED SERVICES TO ANYONE, REGARDLESS OF ABILITY TO PAY, RESIDING IN UNDER-SERVED AND OTHER DESIGNATED COMMUNITIES IN THE SOUTHERN TIER OF NEW YORK STATE.
